COVID-19 Plan and No-Risk Cancelation Refund Policy
We are excited to welcome you to All American Sport Camp. We have always done our very best to keep each and every camper safe and healthy and we will continue to be dedicated to the well-being of our camp community this year. Rest assured, we are deeply confident that we can offer a healthy, safe and fun experience in 2023!
COVID-19 Planning for 2023/2024
Our planning will continue to be adjusted as new information becomes available. We assure you, that we will communicate with our camp community as our plans evolve. Keeping COVID-19 in mind, here is what we are already doing to prepare for a safe and successful 2023:
· We have consulted with the American Camp Association, the CDC, as well as, our local and state health departments. In addition, we have learned new strategies based on the experiences of camps that were open last year.
· We have engaged experts who specialize in COVID-19 issues and planning for camp programs. Their guidance has helped us develop the most robust policies and procedures to safely manage the challenges of the pandemic.
· We have included funding to cover additional staff and supplies as well as, cleaning and sanitizing services as needed.
· We will partner with you, our families, to ensure campers arrive healthy and depart healthy.
· Although we cannot guarantee that we will be COVID-19 free in 2023, we assure you we will be prepared to respond quickly and effectively to isolate and contain any health issues that emerge and to help keep our camp community healthy and safe.
· The All American Sport Camp staff reserves the right to close camp due to an outbreak of staff/campers exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19 or other serious illness, regardless of a positive COVID-19 test. This does not mean that camp will automatically close. A decision of this nature would be made on a case-by-case basis, based upon the specific facts and in consultation of the AASC Camp Directors and staff.
No-Risk Refund and Cancelation Policy Options

Acknowledging the uncertain path of the current COVID-19 situation, All American Sport Camp Inc. is now offering a no-risk cancellation policy.
Any camper that tests positive from the PCR COVID Test, can either have their funds put towards the very next camp AASC puts on, or, choose to have their fees refunded. This request must be submitted in writing with a copy of their positive PCR Test and completed prior to the last business day from the camp in question. This allows you to recoup your fees now, but retain the option to cancel with no financial penalty to you.
· Option #1 - Donate to All American Sport Camp:
Choose to donate all or a portion of your deposit and payments made to All American Sport Camp. As a nonprofit organization that relies on income from program payments, it is important for our community to understand that the financial implications of canceling a camp session are serious. All American Sport Camp relies on camp fees to not just cover our costs, but also our year-round operations as we prepare for the upcoming camp season. Your donation will mean a great deal to help us remain financially viable and your donation to All American Sport Camp is tax-deductible.
· Option #2 - Apply to a Future Session:
Apply all missed days of your deposit and payments made on your current account to your registration for an upcoming All American Sport Camp. You will have 1 calendar year from the date of your request to redeem this credit. This helps us with financial planning and it will help you by knowing you have planned ahead.
· Option #3 - Request a Refund:
We recognize that each of us is impacted in a variety of ways by this crisis. At your request, we will issue a partial or full refund, assuming you have made this request in writing with a copy of the camper’s positive PCR Test and completed prior to the last business day from the camp in question.
· Cancelation notice options must be submitted via email to allamericansportscampinc@gmail.com prior to the last business day of camp.
· Cancelation requests due to illness or accident prior to the camp session start date require a physician's written verification. Upon receipt of verification, we will issue a full refund.
****Cancelations due to personal reasons, etc. will not receive a refund.****
- In the event of inclement weather, we will provide alternative activities indoors.
