Emilee Roche

Emilee Roche is a veteran teacher with 20+ years’ teaching experience with the Palm Beach County School District.  She is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University, with a degree in Elementary Education. Emilee was a skilled high & long jumper for her middle and high school track teams, which has assisted her in coaching her Special Olympic athletes. She enjoys exercising and educating others about living a healthy lifestyle. She also enjoys assisting her children (Kylee, Kadence, Camryn, and Kane) become better athletes.


Tracey Kouf

Tracey Kouf is a veteran teacher with 25+ years’ experience with the Palm Beach County School District.   She was an outstanding student athlete who lettered in softball for the Lake Worth High School Lady Trojans. A graduate of the University of Central Florida, she holds state certifications in Elementary Education, and Exceptional Student Education.  Tracey was awarded the William T Dwyer Excellence in Education in 2014. She is also a First Aid/CPR Trainer for the State of Florida.  Mrs. Kouf is married to her husband Dwayne, and the couple have three children, Kyle, Zachary and Grace.


Anthony Pirchio

Anthony Pirchio began his athletic career on the soccer and baseball fields. He then moved onto playing baseball and football in high school, where he earned varsity letters and scholar-athlete awards. Coach Pirchio earned a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Health and Exercise Science, respectively.  He has been teaching in Palm Beach County for 15+ years. Currently, Coach Pirchio teaches Science at Manatee Elementary School.  He holds national certifications in Athletic Training, National Youth Sports Coaches Association and First Aid/CPR.  Coach Pirchio's coaching experience includes AYSO soccer, Little League baseball, Flag and High School Football. While coaching in high school, he was also the Head Certified Athletic Trainer, which included injury prevention, coordinating warm up/cool down activities and implementing sport specific rehabilitation. Coach Pirchio is married with three children, and remains active within his community.  Coach Pirchio enjoys seeing kids become better people, and teammates through sports and athletic activities.


Mary Jessica Kimberly

Mary Jessica Kimberly is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University majoring in Early Childhood Education where she carried a 3.65 GPA.  Coach MJK, as she is fondly known as at All American Sport Camp, is a 2011 graduate from Santaluces High School and the Teaching Academy Program where she lettered in both softball and golf for the Chiefs.  Not only was Coach MJK an outstanding college student academically, she is also a certified travel softball coach, a mentor for the Johnson Scholars Foundation, an academic tutor of elementary, middle and high school students, but also finds time to coach her younger sister's softball team as well as, playing slow-pitch, recreational and travel softball in her spare time.  For the past 8+ years, Coach MJK has been an activity leader, camp counselor, and now a first grade teacher at Diamond View Elementary.  She is also First Aid and CPR certified.  Coach MJK joined the All American Sport Camp family in 2006.
